Tickets for the event will be on sale at the Library’s Circulation Desk February 2! Tickets must be purchased in order to attend the event.

Our annual "Green Eggs and Ham Breakfast Fundraiser" is Saturday, March 2 beginning at 9:00a.m. This event is co-sponsored by the Norlanco-Rheems Kiwanis with additional service provided by the Donegal High School Key Club and the DJHS Builder’s Club. This yearly event is a celebration of the March 2 birthday of the beloved author Dr. Seuss.

Green eggs and ham will be served for breakfast, or regular eggs and ham for less adventurous eaters. An assortment of beverages and sweet sides will also be provided. Miss Jan will read Green Eggs and Ham and other Seuss favorites; families will be encouraged to draw on the table coverings and are invited to bring cameras if they would like getting a picture with the Cat in the Hat character, played by Patrick Gerlach.

Tickets are $4 for kids ages 2-12 and $7 for anyone 13 and older. The event sells out every year, so make sure to get tickets early. Proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit the Milanof-Schock Library.
